That totally melted my heart today!

5 Months

Dear Ella,

Five months has gone by in what seems like a day. I can't stop staring at you, which can be quiet scary while I'm driving. Your perfect little features captivate me and your Daddy (who happens to thinks you are the cutest little baby around). You fit perfectly into this family of ours. You are enamored with your brother and sister and they with you.

Even though I have been through this before I am still amazed at how much you change with every passing day. How you now sit. How you reach and play and how well you sleep. You have been sleeping through the night since the 30th of December. I keep waiting for this to end (cuz it's really hard to believe), but night after night you keep sleeping. A bad night is 6 hrs so even though I'm tired I can't complain to loudly or all the other mom's would laugh at me. Your a great napper, three times a day almost like clockwork.

You are my cuddly baby, you love to be held 90% of the time you are awake. You are content in my arms till you are hungry. You are a healthy eater and are starting to be interested in the foods we are eating. I plan on starting you on solid foods when we get back from Florida, I'm not in the same rush I was with your brother and sister. The pace is much more relaxed, I'm taking my time with the transitions this time around. I'm not in any hurry for all the great things you will eventually do. Although I think you should take your time. You are barreling alone with great speed.

I wish there was more I could write to encompass all you are, but your essence can not be captured. You eyes are full of excitement, your movements are exuberant and full of energy. You are my sweet, sweet baby.

Good Morning World

21 Weeks

The last time I posted was the 12 of January, what you noticed?

So much is changing here so fast. Things that are new

• Ella is sitting on her own.... I just bought her a bumbo go figure

• Ava is really starting to miss her Daddy when he is away, which is really sad, but we make it through together

• my sister starts school tomorrow GO NIK!!!!

• Ethan is my little helper around the house, his favorite is vacuuming. I rent him out. He'll do you whole house for $20. Just a warning he might out last your vacuum

• we visited my Mom and had a wonderful visit, the kids love it there
  

• the count down is on, our trip to Florida is in? OK I guess I'm not counting all that well cuz I don't know how many days are left.... I know it's too many
  

so many things happen here I want to post, yet I sit here a blank slate boo!


Thanks Allen, Bronwyn and family for the cute little sleeper Ella is wearing in the picture. Although it's still a little big!
